no final solutions: current trends in ethnographic film
This last week we had the honor of sharing ideas with colleagues and friends at Bucknell University on the role of images in contemporary culture and how they correspond with historical tropes of discourse and current trends in ethnographic film. Very productive discussion and inspiration for future debates and works.
On our second day, we presented “Transnational Fiesta: Twenty Years Later” to an audience of faculty and students and had a great Q&A session. Thanks to the Center for Study of Race, Ethnicity & Gender at Bucknell, its director, Susan Reed, and her terrific team.
