Peru Premiere of "Transnational Fiesta: Twenty Years Later” in Arequipa

Last Thursday, April 9, we hosted the national premiere of "Transnational Fiesta: Twenty Years Later.” It took place in Arequipa city, in the auditorium of the Centro Cultural Peruano Norteamericano. After receiving awards and recognitions in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, we had the honor of launching the film in the region that gave life to the town of Cabanaconde, in the Colca Valley, and to the unique transnational community of Cabaneños in Maryland, U.S.
